Anti-plagiarism policy

AG Editor guarantees that all academic books and book chapters published are original, unpublished, and have not been previously published in any other format (in whole or in part), and are not under consideration by any other publisher or publication.

To enforce these policies, AG Editor uses the Crossref similarity checker (iThenticate), Turnitin, and Plag.es to evaluate the similarity of manuscripts. Additionally, other complementary tools such as DupliCheker, Plagium, or Copyscape may be used when deemed appropriate.

Plagiarism control is carried out before the external review process begins. When the similarity report exceeds 20%, the authors or editors will be informed by email and will receive the complete similarity report along with the reviewer’s or editor’s analysis. This allows them to provide any relevant explanations before AG Editor determines whether the behavior constitutes plagiarism. In confirmed cases, the manuscript will be rejected for evaluation.

Editors may also suggest alternative online tools for authors to check the originality of their manuscripts before official submission to AG Editor.
